Average road bike total length is only about 68" according to Google, which should mean you can have the seat(s) around 7" further back than for sleeping adult(s).
My Fiat 500 was designed as "3+1": With no steering wheel or pedals on the right, that seat can be slid forward more for an adult to sit behind it. The same concept could be used if necessary for things like fully-assembled bikes or a full-size double-bass (someone else asked about that). The passenger can sit a bit more forward to leave space behind that seat.
There are no ( cargo headspace (cubic meter) dimensions shared to my knowledge only 25 cubic ft. Bikes can vary in size, but maybe good news... they said in the beta they are looking at lowering the cargo 🤞maybe
Some time ago.....I believe they once said a 4x4 piece of plywood could on the deck, if that helps. Don’t hold me to it.

It fits two sleeping people with both front seats slid and tilted forward. Maybe just sliding the passenger seat forward would work for his bike.
It should fit with BOTH wheels on: It sleeps two "plus a dog", so it must be at least close to a double bed size of 75" x 54".

Pretty sure I read somewhere it would fit with just the front wheel removed...
