Faulty equivalency. If you only need 2 seats in a Prius or M3, you can fold the rear seats down for 40 and 43 cu ft respectively. Still, 25 is plenty and I'm especially excited about the length!
According to Aptera's Q&A link https://bit.ly/apterafaq the over-all height with the doors open is currently 74". This may change slightly with the production vehicle.
Given the overall width of 88"at the front wheels, 94" width with the doors open and 57" overall height, I used the image and a scaling factor to approximate a height of 71" with the doors open. My open garage door ceiling height is about 87" so there should be no problem with opening the Aptera doors when parked in the garage.
My two bay garage width is the same as the image posted by Len.
I have not seen “open dimensions” But there are the latest Black/ Noir development vehicle pictures and videos to visualize for now.
I personally only exit my vehicles , as a driver, from one side, where my passenger exits before I back in... in my tight two bay garage. Thus us a mid size pick up truck!
I want to be sure I can fit the Aptera in my 2-car side-by-side garage so I am also looking for overall height and width when the car doors are open. I have to fit my wife's car in the garage plus all our stuff (sporting equipment, yard equipment, tools, etc.). I also want to be sure I can open the car door when the garage door is open.
I'm curious about the storage space, as well. For example, I somewhat frequently have to travel with a massage table. Would that necessitate a separate trip and leaving it in-situ while this one's the back-and-forth? The images are clear to me that they hold length (yay!) but breadth I have trouble sussing out.
Some forum members refer to these pictures as being computer generated.. If that is the case....Do you know what aspects of the computer rendition is not yet confirmed?e.g.,

Hi Matthijs,
Some forum members refer to these pictures as being computer generated.. If that is the case....Do you know what aspects of the computer rendition is not yet confirmed?e.g.,
No side mirrors?
No recess for door handle?
Overall shape/contour? Etc....
All beautiful!
Re. Side door swing.
Aptera‘s release of these expected specifications are great and promising.
I have a tight two bay garage with typical height floor to retracted garage door Height.
So I was wondering is there are specs yet to share regarding the door swing both outward and upward (height above vehicle height)
