My Aptera is going to have the full solar kit. I'm wondering if it's possible to switch on the AC or even just the fans on a hot day if the charge goes above 80%. I don't do a ton of distance driving, so my battery would likely hit 100% quite easily. It would be nice to get into a cool car on days I don't need the range. And of course, that keeps my batteries in good condition :)

In one of the vids one of the co-CEOs said the % limit can be set for solar, just like for charging from the grid. With SO much unnecessary range even with the smallest battery, I would personally keep an Aptera at an even more ideal 60% or so.
