Aptera Co-CEOs Steve and Chris will join Elaphe's CEO Gorazd Lampič and CTO Gorazd Gotovac for a discussion about one of Aptera's most unique features: our in-wheel hub motors. After meeting over a decade ago, these fellow EV innovators and collaborators will reunite for a conversational Webinar. We'll be taking live technical questions, so get ready for an engaging dialogue on propulsion technologies, torture testing, efficient powertrains and much more.
It was fascinating - and answered so many questions!
Here is link to full length recording of Webinar post by Aptera Motors, thanks to redditt:

Was anyone able to record today's session in full and have a link? I caught the very end of it (because of a conflict at the same time) and would really like to see the initial 45 minutes. Thanks
Unable to connect, hopefully there will be a video available.
Unless there is a transmission with a clear neutral, one cannot tow an electrically driven axle whether by wheel motors or chassis motor(s), Turning electric motors generates electricity which causes problems.
I would like to know how torque vectoring, anti-slip in snow & off road, ”tank turns” etc. work differently with 3 wheel vs. 4 wheel vehicles. I would also like to know if there is a different cruising efficiency when adding the 3rd wheel motor other than just the added mass. Lastly, can wheel motors be towed or must they be trailered.
