The Aptera appears to fall into the motorcycle category for vehicle registration. How much will this be in California? With auto safety devices how will they be insure, at what cost? Are there tax advantages for this electrical machine? When can they be test driven, touched, sat in? Who will finance these unusual machines and at what cost? My money is in play, I am sure I am not the only one asking these types of questions. When will these machines be available for purchase? it says something that we want this machine and put up money even though there are many questions remaining.

I guess you will have to check with your state as we did our state.
But until there are Aptera with VIN numbers for Insurance companies to reference... it may be hard to get an exact quote
