@Len I'm pretty sure they confirmed "pet mode" HVAC, also well-known even by non-pet-owners as "preconditioning", which I think nearly every EV now has standard (& many gas cars too).
@Phyzi Driver I'm pretty sure they have NOT confirmed the Tesla connector that you mention a couple times in your vid. Someone should ask them something like "Are you allowed to confirm or deny it?" That way if they are NOT allowed, it means it's likely in the works 😉.
HOWEVER, in over 5.5 years with a BEV as my only vehicle, I have NEVER had any issue with reliability of any public charging system. Yes, once in a great while one charger fails, but on any of those very rare occasions it didn't matter to me, as there was either another working unit at the same station, or another station nearby on my route.
Also, there is a "edit" feature here (3 dots upper right of your posts, by the time-stamp) & a link-adding one: just highlight some text, such as the link's address, & click the paperclip icon. So you could edit your 1st post above & turn your text into a link.
@Len "We will have pet options in the software", is on Aptera's FAQ spreadsheet, line 329 (but lines changed when they deleted from above), searchable with Ctrl+F (for "Find") or with Mac it's cmnd+F
I guess I have much more than five reasons, although the above are the top of the list. I found this old photoshow I made back in 2020.... if it plays for you:
I am sure I could add a few more, as we hear of new items being assessed, like:
👉Micro channel cooling in the body
👉 Short time needed refueling at a charge plug, because of the efficiency
Personal one, But I am not anvery “sun tolerant” person.....so a full solar Aptera, should shade me well. Most new EV are coming with full glass roofs, Yeah its tinted but the sun heats the vehciles, which will have to be cooled using valuable battery power, at least in my high solar zone of the country.
And unknowns yet like:
🤔Pet Mode temperature controls ?
🤔Other possibilities of those body cameras besides just rear and side view monitors
So will I miss my 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-R that served me well finishing all my projects and safely transporting and even across the country an few times? YES....But I hope to move on to another great vehicle ( Aptera ) in my life finale... And for the first time I don’t have to gas up and be more earth friendly I
@Phyzi Driver And who gives us all these many points? Aptera!
Continue to spread your feelings
I hope to spread my “first hand “ feelings in 2022. I have an early number but did not choose to go as early as the Paradigm models... because my needs seem to be more 600 mile range and AWD. And I have met some great EV promoters in various EV organizations/clubs across the country, who I hope to stop in on them, with my Aptera by my side!

Nicely done. I have posted it to Reddit.
