I placed an order on launch day, and I look in the my orders section, and my pre-order is not showing up in the "My Orders" section, even though I logged in with the same email address I used to place the pre-order. Can this be fixed? It is kind of annoying to see something like this, and indicates a problem if this type of association cannot be done automatically. I have the order number and the email from Aptera, but needless to say this has me concerned, as this makes me uncertain if future communications will happen, and there is no way to check the order on the account. I rather this gets fixed sooner, not later.

Hopefully many of you can now view your order online. You can also email us at info@aptera.us to receive confirmation of your vehicle reservation. The good news is that we're creating a much more robust account system for our customers that will launch along with a brand new website in the near future. You'll be able to view your order, make changes, add upgrades and more. We appreciate your patience and support as we work to improve the experience for our Aptera customers. Glad to hear there are others at least getting their orders to finally show up. Mine, placed December 8 STILL is not in My Orders. It only shows a "You haven't placed any orders yet." message. I DID get an email from Aptera on December 24 with a PDF proving my order was in the que, but by that time I was 12,504 down the list.
In the mean time, I have placed an order for a Tesla Model 3, dual-wheel drive, extended range. Got an email response in 30 seconds with a delivery date of March 14. I'm pretty sure Tesla's gonna win this race.
Hey aptera Forum Moderators! LIL help please. I'm in same pre-order from Dec not showing up Boat!
Yesterday I tried applying the New "Thank you Customers" $100 Promo code and only way to get that was to fill in the forms presented to me (address/billing etc) ...But in doing so I had just unknowingly created a Brand new 2nd order.....(OY VEY) .....So Now I have 2 orders and the $100 off is now attached to this new order!
I now see my order! Thanks all!
I now see my orders, I also recieved a very nice response to my email to them when I inquired about not seeing the order. I can say my experience so far is excellent.

I pre ordered as well then signed up for an account, I contacted them and they said my order would not show up in my account as it was ordered pre accoun sign up and they have no way of fixing it just yet.
I placed an order a while ago. Cant seem to find or add it to my profile. Paid the $100 and received an email when I did but I am concerned it is lost in the hype. Receiving no updates or communication Is frustrating and makes it hard to convince my skeptical wife and friends that this is a viable product. Customer service is THE most important thing, hopefully they will figure that item out.

Happened to me too when I ordered back on January 3rd, 2021. Maybe the problem will resolve when Aptera moves their online presence off WIX, as stated on page 1.
Not a real big deal I guess. I was on the fence about cancelling and reordering, but decided to wait it out so I don't loose my place in line. Annoying 1st world problem.
Long before I saw this forum post today, I had emailed them back and forth a couple times. They said they would contact me later this year to confirm the timing of my Aptera delivery. At that time I could make any changes.
That doesn't make a ton of sense. It sounds like they would be trying to deliver a finished vehicle that I would then make changes to, including off-road package as well as other options. (I didn't scroll all the way down when I ordered at 12:53 a.m.: Oops!) Seems they would want to know this information before they build my vehicle.
I know it may be a year or more before I get that call, so most likely this will have all sorted it's self out by then. In the mean time, I can just ignore the prodding to order and Aptera even though I already did.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to jump in and say thank you so much for all your support. We are indeed buried with hundreds of emails being received daily, and we are extremely grateful for your patience. We have been receiving many questions about orders not showing up in your account. Here's the situation: we are using a platform called Wix to manage our website and online store (thankfully we will be migrating to a new site soon). Unfortunately, if you made your Aptera reservation before you created your account, Wix has no way of connecting them. We can see your order in our system (I promise it's there!) but you may not be able to view it. The only solution we've found is to cancel your order and recreate it using the email address you signed up for. I know it is frustrating (believe me! 😩) The only time I would be concerned is if you did not receive an email confirmation including an order number. In that case, I'd be happy to double check that your order went through. I hope this helps, and we apologize for the unexpected technical glitch. I have same issue. I don't see my preorder under my account/orders and sent email no response yet
Same here - no record of order made in ‘My Orders’ but did receive an email confirmation at the time the order was made. Shot them an email a week ago - no response yet
I've heard a few mentions of the zoom call yesterday. Who got invited to that, and where did you see it? I had an email for the last zoom meeting, but nothing for yesterday.
Don't say that! I still have a couple of weeks to go to generate enough traffic on the Aptera reddit (r/ApteraMotors) to get us listed in the general automotive list and have more visibility.
They have a lot on their plate. It was announced during yesterday's Zoom call that they have received over 4,000 preorders. The software seems not to have been quite ready when they launched, I am going to wait a few weeks before I contact them to straighten out an overcharge on my preorder.
From the look of things, those who jumped in during the first few days aren't listed, but those who waited until the following week are: I am in the latter crowd.
I wonder if this is related to the fact that the referral system wasn't working at launch?
Yeah I have the same issue too, but chalked it up to them being totally overwhelmed with the response... which is a good problem to have I suppose! :)
They mentioned in the Zoom call this morning that they are buried in emails, and are working through the wee hours to get them answered. You should hear back before too long.
I have the same exact situation. Have emailed them twice. No response yet. It would be nice if they can connect the order/reservation placed using the same email address. My order number is 135**, so it is going to be a long wait anyway. So not concerned for now.
I have not received an email confirmation for my order on launch day. Nothing in My Orders. My credit card statement shows they took the money. How can I even email them?
I didn't even know they were putting the orders where you could see them, yet.
But sure enough, mine is there. #12304. I wasn't watching close enough and missed launch.
This is a pretty simple database task. Making sure people's accounts show their order, whether or not they created an account when they ordered. So when they do create an account, the order is there no matter what. This is an especially important thing considering the ability to create an account was not there when many of us ordered a week back. I wish they address it soon.

Yes, I have the same situation, but this is not going to make me lose faith in the people or growing organization involved.
So I can tell you that they have been completely overwhelmed this past week. I have actually been fortunate enough to have had conversations with them. I did not ask directly about the order not showing up but other topics. Their will be some delay in communication but hopefully will improve quickly.

I too among among those having received zero response to an email from the mothership. It does not bode well.
I'm sure they are swamped right now with all of the questions from launch week. They have always been VERY responsive to any questions I have for them. Give them time. I guarantee they will get back to you.
I would recommend contacting Aptera directly by email. I am sure they will get back to you.
I actually have the exact same problem....I have an early preorder and it is not listed in my account. Odd!
