Now we all know that batteries are lasting alot longer than predicted ten years ago, (my wife's Zoe is 2015 model, still holds at 100%),when the Aptera needs a change after long road trips , can the battery be swapped out if needs, by unscrewing from bottom plate, like they are doing now with old Zoes in France and putting in updated 40kwh ?

I meant end of battery life only, not before. Aptera will probably last longer than battery as composite body. Swap out old 22kwh renault battery for new 40kwh Renault battery sourced from manufacturer. Think the first Zoes came out in 2011. Ten years old.
Yes, DCFC at least 50kW (500 miles/hour, 100 miles in 12 min)
Since I baby my batteries and treat them very kindly, the last thing I would want to do is swap them out for something unknown. What scenario presents a need to swap out a battery pack, as charging time is a complete non-issue, especially with the Aptera's efficiency? I haven't been following, but I presume there will be dcfc available.
Yes, in his latest video, Aptera CTO mentioned that the battery pack is accessible by removing 4 screws. But, the car is physically different (bigger) once you get to the 100kwh pack, so physical size wise you might be limited to what that vehicle originally came with.
