It seems that the solar arrays can output around 700 watt and provide the car with roughly 40 miles additional range per day. What I am wondering is if there was a small motorcycle trailer with a 500 watt generator would that increase the range further. will the increased drag negate the additional charge output. It would Be an incredible achievement if someone could nonstop cross country with an Aptera.

In current form with the top Aptera, whenever you needed to drive from LA to NY, with the required sleeping co-driver, you'd need to stop for about 55 minutes every 10 hours.
Chris already talked about the possibility of a small aerodynamic trailer. I believe the Aptera by itself can bring you further then any other Ev and your blatter range is not enough. ;-)
The batteries are replaceable. Solid state batteries will have a range of 2-4000 miles! Supposedly they will be available in about 4 years. We shall see what happens to that estimate.
