I'm pretty sure Sirius radio went out when audiocassettes phased out. Who pays for radio anymore. Just stream your channels. As long as you have your phone, you will have Wifi as a hotspot. One of my vehicles has Alexa and you just tell her what song, artist, podcasts, or theme of music you want to hear. You can also watch or listen to any ball-game and sports in the world, as well as live TV.
This will work only for those who don't need to do roaming. In the EU, many people travel in other countries. In my case, I live in France near the Swiss/German border. The French GSM signal is often weak on my area and the phone will often connect on the Swiss network. The roaming fees are very expensive on the Swiss network.
So it is not possible to use streaming in this case. And if you are in the middle of nowhere (see camping), you might not have GSM signal at all.
Are you kidding? I love SXM. I don't pay for any other music streaming, but when I am in my car I don't want to mess with switching tracks or fiddling with my phone if I suddenly want to listen to a different genre. With SXM it's a simple flick of the button built into the back of my steering wheel and I'm listening to something else.

They haven't yet reached that phase in the development of the vehicle.
