Is there anyway for Forum members to check and see how many orders there are currently? I don’t believe so. Would you help me in respectfully indicating to Aptera that this is information we would all appreciate having? Comment below. Thank you.

I have many wanting to see mine when I get it.
I believe that when people see and feel, what a great vehicle and value it is the orders will pour in.
For all you Aptera-ites out there who made your reservations a long time ago and are wondering how many reservations have come in as of July 8 - I just placed my reservation and it says “Order No: 22535”.
I'm pretty sure the number of orders will 10x once the production vehicle starts getting full on reviews and first deliveries begin. The only people who know anything at all about Aptera right now are car people, especially EV people, but eventually it will also be random people looking for a practical vehicle with good reviews/ specs to buy asap. Pre-ordering a car is not normal lol, but rave reviews puts peoples minds at ease to do that somewhat
For the truly curious, you could always order an Aptera, see what the order number is and then cancel your order.
At the same time, realize that $100 pre-orders that are totally refundable are not what I consider a real commitment. It gives them a good sense of the interest in the car, which seems to be very solid, but I think its reasonable to assume a certain percentage of the pre-orders will be cancelled or delayed.
Of course, at the same time, more pre-orders continue to come in.
I think they must be incredibly busy as I don’t seem to get responses from info@aptera.us I’m sure they are working as hard and as fast as they can. I’m hoping to see the new website soon. Maybe they will design the new site so that they can make changes on the fly. I manage a number of websites but none are this complex. In most cases its better to design something very flexible than to start over but sometime you need a total revamp.

And check the FAQ too. It may get incorporated there but since the number would change frequently the answer may not be updated frequently on the FAQ list

Folks have been asking for this with the new website ( being finalized soon ) so🤞
