@Len That is what I thought but since it is enclosed and helmets will not be required I was thinking the vehicle could be looked at as a car. It is not like a slingshot with open cockpit and helmets required. That vehicle is also registered as a motorcycle. The Aptera blurs the line by meeting motorcycle registration requirements to be registered as such. But also allow you to NOT require persol motorcycle safety gear. It may be easier to allow for a plate in the front window in case the law is rewritten in some states. Then it would be up to each owner to make a front plate work were there is no place to accommodate a possible plate requirement.
Most, if not all states ,do not require a front plate beacuse..In most states it will be registered as a motorcycle.
In California, I believe a motorcycle only requires a rear plate.
