winters in New England can be bad and very cloudy time of the year. I assume all wheel drive model with good tires should do great in the snow, except for clearance

I'd only want to know if the wheel covers fit in the hatch, & when will "dirtbike-style" front fenders be available, because...
Even just FWD in an Aptera should do great in snow, with about 233% of the traction of typical FWD, & good ground clearance for an SUV:
- Compared to normal FWD with 60% front weight & only 1 wheel really getting torque from the diff, Aptera has 70% front weight & hub motors delivering traction from each tire, controlled every 2.25" of tread movement. No more getting stuck spinning 1 tire on ice.
- Ground clearance is 9" to the belly, which is pretty high for an SUV. If you didn't prepare for snow deeper than about 6" by leaving the wheel covers at home, hopefully they fit in the back.
