I watched a video of Aptera driving and it hit a dip in the pavement causing the right front wheel to shimmy. Will this be a problem on the production models and how often will a re-alignment be necessary?

Being so light, with much less impact load, it will probably need realignment less than many other heavier cars.
These are prototypes held together with duct tape and chewing gum. Relax. They will get it right.
