Wheel Lighting

The skirt could be transparent or opaque, allowing the visual of the wheel (possibly darkened during daylight). Or it could have radial embedded transparent slots. Throw in some led diffused light (or laser) for show and kick up the futuristic look. Maybe a computer controlled user selected pattern.

I think would kick up the visual. No idea the added expense or other issues (like mud)
