With the embodied and integrated solar cells of the #APTERA you most likely NEVER have to use a charging station ever. This is great for countries and work places that still does not have charging infrastructure in place.
BUT some people made the remark that they will have to leave their #APTERA outside in the sun to get it charged. #APTERA should make a Home Charging Option available (solar panels on the roof of your house). I trust the #APTERA have a built in PV controller to utilise the solar cells on the body - so they only need to add a port on the body where you can plug in the roof mounted solar cells to charge your #APTERA while safely in the garage :) .
Why stop here? One could also then buy the kit and install on top of your dedicated parking at your work place :) (Or have your employer consider this option)
You could add a window shade made of flexible solar panel material to increase solar charging surface area even more, unless the windshield blocks the near IR wavelength of light needed to charge? Simply put the flexible panel on the dash (could even be designed for perfect fit around the edges) and connect it to internal charger port to give an extra boost of charging power.
