A more famous electric vehicle company has added a "Dog Mode" feature to their cars. It keeps the windows rolled up, but also leaves the A/C and/or heater running at a temperature comfortable for our four legged friends. The big display screen on the dash shows a cartoon picture of a dog and explains that the car is quite cool inside for the comfort of the critters present. It's a great idea, IMO.
I certainly don't want my Aptera to be held up for this feature. As long as all the needed circuitry is in place, that can be added later by an OTA update.
Aptera calls theirs pet mode. They had it first - in the original model. Tesla's was a copied feature.
