Critical Question - Will it fit my cello?

Just wondering if my hard case cello will fit. What would be perfect is if my cello and electric bass guitar fit, but I am OK with just the cello. e.g., Does the passenger seat fold forward for more room? Or, can I put my cello in the passenger seat, but may be too tall? Thanks,
