I want to invest but was told (this week 7/29/21) that currently I have to wait for the next round of investments to open. Will I be notified or is it a game of chance hat I'll notice it's open again? Why can't I just yell, "Take My Money!" lol

What happens to my investment if I die?

How does the sol cut off solar charge if batteries are full?

Ask your attorney about your will. He/she will know what information you need to direct your intentions. The electronics for battery charging via solar are well-developed and vigorous. There are many off-the-shelf options for Aptera's selection. Once batteries are full, charging stops automatically. I'm not with Aptera, just an investor, but these are common knowledge.

What relevance does the SPAC comment have with Aptera?

Right before they opened up this last investment, it was one of the three avenues they mentioned to secure funding, along with private equity. They also just hired a new CFO who's qualifications is dealing with SPACs and setting up IPOs. This suggests SPACs are on their mind. Fortunately, this last round of Regulation A Class B funding, along with some private investment, secured them the 10 million they were hoping for to reach production. I wouldn't discount the possibility of a SPAC though.

Will the following be used on the 4 wheels larger models for generating electricity?:

  1. Solar Panels (probably a given)

  2. Wheel generators/turbines/alternators?

  3. Faraday principal shock absorbers that generate power with the upward and downward movement of the shocks?

  4. Elongated auger/Archimedes screw-shaped horizontal wind turbines to generate power.

  5. Two batteries as one is being charged the other is being used to drive.

  6. can access power be stored and used to power some home appliances or sold back to the power grid?

The solar panels and Elaphe in-wheel motors for regenerative braking are some of the icons of the Aptera brand; I'd assume they would continue that when they expand to 4-wheel. I can't imagine wind turbines being anymore efficient than regenerative wheel-braking, otherwise it defeats one of Aptera's other brand icons: aerodynamics. All EV batteries are a pancake of several dozens or hundreds of small batteries that charge consecutively. And for #6: yes they said it works V2G (vehicle to grid), and can be assumed would be included in future models.
