With the recent indictment of Trevor Milton, Nikola is attempting to move forward, but what honestly do they really have?
The tech they claim, is it real? I know there are fuel cells, but can they reach the claims of their dethroned carnival barker? I think they are done. Unless there is some viable tech there, that company is going bankrupt.

There are already some buses and trucks on the road, driving on hydrogen. That's no rocket science any more. I think even Nikola can do that, if they don't run out of money...
