The enclosed, tandem seating and that it rolls into curves like a motorcycle is appealing for me but that is about it. In-wheel motors is no surprise.
Offering an ICE version and a BE version seems a waste of effort indulging anachronism at the same time trying to offer something compellingly innovative.
Specs say 200km range on a 24kWh battery. Kind of mediocre these days. That’s what, about 180 Wh/mile for us imperial measure types? Thinking that we can do better though, thanks to Aptera.
It will be interesting what price point they come out at, assuming they make it that far.

a reliability nightmare. Far to complex. To many systems with interaction effects. As a retired military pilot, not even close to a "Jet pilot" cockpit experience.

Looks like a copy of Toyota's tilt chassis. I wish someone would create the tilt wheel tandem enclosed canopy with 300 miles range. I'd snap one up. Thanks
