While it is not an electric vehicle, it does seem similar in shape to the Aptera. It is the California Commuter 2. There are drawings of it but it does not appear to have been made.

The orange car was the predecessor of the Aptera.
Fantastic, I will order this CC II immediately, hopefully I will get this before the expected delivery of my Aptera in 2025 😁
There was a clay model made but I am not sure if that counts as it actually being made.
