Fake news, apparently. If you read thru to the end of the comments on that article, it seems clear that the poster was wrong, and that this is not really a 4680 battery being signed. Probably it is a first "Plaid" battery pack being signed. That's probably why the original Reddit post was deleted.
Does this kind of post even belong in this "Other EVs" forum? It's not about another EV.
