Will Camper Tent block Hatchback Solar Panels?

The limited pics online and onsite look like the Camper Tent will cover the Hatchback Solar Panels. This would prevent full solar charging while using the camping mode which is kind of the time I’d most want the charging active.

Are there any design plans for allowing full use of solar panels while using the camper tent?

The tent currently seems to have a mesh top (which is the same as its mesh sides) that would allow light into the solar cells.

@fanfare I don't think that the side-view above is very useful in determining the openness or light absorption of the weave. The best viewing angle is 90 degrees to the plane of the mesh. The picture below is better but is ~30 to 40 degrees off which likely makes it appear darker that it is. My guess is that the mesh wouldn't diminish the light getting to the solar panel more than 10%. The only way to accurately know is to use a light meter to measure sun directly then measure it from below with and without the mesh to control for the light absorbed by the glass and solar panels (if installed).
