For those of you who are new to EV's, you may not know that today is Drive Electric Earth Day. I am fortunate to have many social EV clubs in my area here in So. Cal. It is an enthusiastic association of people who are excited about their EV's. At club events, members even let other members drive their cars and share custom tuning and performance settings. Some events are attended by companies that offer customized parts and accessories for specific cars. What I particularly like are the customized convert car....ICE cars that have been converted to electric. Some are engineering wonders. These events have a little of everything and people usually find people with like minds, talents, and hobbies. EVer's share more commonalities than differences.
Throughout April, join Plug In America, Electric Auto Association and other groups such as PlugShare. PlugShare is a unique group of EV owners to allow other EVers to share their EVSE's especially in those locations where public charging stations are sparse. Most charge a small fee for the electricity and hardware. The app manages appointments and availability. Again, this is meant for general information.
Thanks Kerbe, I forgot to post that.
