So far we have seen two of standard color wraps offered on our AMC Aptera. I.E.,
👉Noir with its mono colored matte black
👉Sol with its matte white and black
Soon we will see…
👉Luna with its brush aluminum and gray
Although it is too early to learn what optional custom wraps will be offered, we can dream about what might fit in our environment/lifestyle…
Now being in the SW , near a artsy community, perhaps I could 🤔 imagine:

And in 7-10 years… imagine what might be available to refresh your Aptera and latest likes !
And advances in solar cell might offer yet another look / dimension with greeter efficiency!
Right to Repair and Right to Embellish !
That’s a wrap😉
I've been toying with an ornate wrap idea in Gimp off and on for a while now, but I'm not prepared to share it (yet).
I have to admit that my Sol is going to be pretty remarkable looking as is. Not sure I'll want or need to add anything.
I wouldn't for a moment suggest that Aptera install a 'paint booth' to use plasti-dip at the factory. About all I'd expect from Aptera is a big you can or you can't use a it as a DIY tool before some artists paint one and the composite starts bubbling and blistering - which I doubt.
Edited to add there are some solvents in plastidip that could interact with the composits that are used by alterations. If there are, I'm willing to mark plastidip off the list of what you can do to customize your aptera.
Ioswa: Shouldn't that have been a shark rendering. Oh, and while the colors you can spray on can be bold, the wraps can offer photographic renderings.
Where Aptera can help with the wraps is by pushing the specs so custom guys can do custom wraps that will fit.
Beyond that, the Aptera customers could propose some generic wrap designs that could be ordered and installed. The idea is that Aptera builds a catalog of 20 wraps, purchasing lets say 500 of each design (or some other sweet spot in the size of the production run to minimize unit cost) and then offer wrap packages for $100-200 (magic of volume purchasing?) that would cost $100-200 for installation by someone who knows how.
But the plasti-dip ... that is strictly DIY so if you want to use an Aptera for your next bank job, you can plasti-dip your Noir with bright Yellow dip, do the job, speed off and when you're out of sight, you can rip off the yellow dip all without asking anyone's permission. You may need to practice your skills in asking forgiveness, though.
Those aerodynamic pressure pictures could be nice as a color wrap for the Aptera.

I'm wondering how plasti-dip, the colorful spray 'peelable' paint used by more than a few folks would 'wear' on any native Aptera options. Paint jobs can be performed by individuals with about $200 worth of spray cans. There are ways to metallicize and probably reflectize the process and then there's the Aptera as a canvas for an artist.
The cool part about plasti dip paint jobs is how they come off. They literally peel off the film formed by the spray in large sheets leaving the original finish unchanged, in fact protected by the plasti-dip. A lot of folks use it put or even protect a matt black finish on styled wheels.
Anyway, a lot of folks find it a good tool for non-permanent colorful expressions on the canvas of cars.
Hey Len - Can you tell us what you mean in that first line? I can't imagine that was a reference to American Motors was it?
I've always wanted a Death of Rats themed vehicle... 🤔
Why just settle for normal? Vinyl wraps are offered in various colors and patterns. Individual logos and images are digitally imaged onto the wrap. Let's get those creative juices flowing. I am sure that there must be an option to send in your own wrap material to have ones car assembled with your own look. Although some of the examples will not lend itself to the shape of the Aptera, I am just pointing out that the Aptera is just an empty canvas looking for your creative skills.
