Tesla Inc.'s Model 3 sedan is no longer on a list of top cars for Consumer Reports after the electric-car maker said it was switching to a camera-based system and dropping radar sensors in some of its cars.

My "future" is shorter than 95% of people. No matter. I try to live in the "now". Even so, I have seen Aptera as #1. Why wouldn't Elon? He has stated his goal is to provide a cheap BEV for the masses. Aptera meets that criteria.
@don Aptera will meet that need when they get into production. Tesla has been building electric cars since 2012. Healthy competition is good for the industry. Right now it appears as though Aptera and Tesla serve different segments. A wise move in my book.
