I have mailed Tom and he replied me through an automated email that eveeything was ok. The day after that i received an email thatt i has to upload again my ID and the proof of residence.
My problem was elevated by Sarah and she said that somebody from the team will replied me after the elevation.
And here i'm. More than 5 days waiting for info. I don't know if my investing is ok or if their have lost the money or whatever...
I'm so disappointed with Aptera.
Hello, I also has to re-upload documents. It then took a few days and received the email with the shares certificate. So don't worry ;)
