Don’t forget tobacco, red meat, organ meat, dairy products including cheese, eggs, anything non-organic, coffee, soft drinks, caffeine, anything even remotely identified as a carcinogen, all stress in your life, limit human contact as they have pathogens that can make you ill. Stop driving, flying, eliminate all sports especially contact sports, no skiing, no scuba, ski diving is absolutely out!

You must avoid all emotional stressors, get off social media and don’t watch any news, don’t express your opinions, no political views opinions or discussion. Don’t procreate, you’ll only add to this mess!

Most important you must reduce your carbon footprint! You may accomplish all these things if you simply stop living, which one day is sure to happen. On second thought enjoy your life to its fullest, whatever that means to you!
