I would like to purchase the car. Is a three wheel automobile legal in all 50 states? Will I be able to drive on Interstate highways? Will I be able to purchase a state license and registration for the Aptera?

There are still a few outliers. You may not be able to drive on the Interstate in Arkansas, and you may need a helmet in Maine. New York may require a motorcycle licence.
These rules are changing and may be different by the time Aptera is shipping. It would be good to check your local laws and get involved with lobbying efforts in the few places they need changing.
@David Elze There was a proposal to change this in the last legislature that was vetoed as I understand it. (I live in California and didn't follow it as closely as I might have) I think that it will get changed by the time Apteras are shipping with a bit more political pressure Aptera Brand Ambassadors like myself will be organizing to help push these laws in the right direction.
