@tomas.r.buchmiller What we've heard is that the Paradigm models will be the first to be built, followed by the 400-mile version and then the 250-mile version. After those orders are filled, the 600-mile version will be produced. The 1000-mile version will probably require some design/engineering changes so those are last on the list.
I just pre-ordered my Aptera, order number 22,425. After checking the FAQ section on delivery date I figured mine would be ready by 2023. Works perfectly for my timeline. I can hardly wait!!!!
Do you have a reservation? If so, what number? Chris Anthony has stated that 4 to 6 thousand Aptera was their 1st year (2022) goal and 10,000 per year after that, starting early 2022. Already over 11,000 Apteras have been reserved. Where are you in that queue? If you're not yet in the queue, you're looking at sometime in 2023 at the earliest.
Hi Tomas. Your guess is as good as anybody's on this forum. No one here has even seen, let alone touched an Aptera. The company's interaction with the forum is quite limited. You might do better writing to the company themselves. Besides design, production, US requirements, and parts availability, anything could change a timeline. Me also! Aptera is shooting for Dec. but I am not holding my breath. I hope I get one within a year. I can wait because I don't need a car, I WANT APTERA. It'll be my last car.
I have a model 3. Dull driving! I will replace with the Aptera when my number comes up. Congrats on a good eye and judgement
