Is it possible these Washington Post pictures are not from Aptera? But are instead created by a fan of Aptera? it would be nice if Aptera would confirm who created them.
There is suppose to be a belly pan which is the heat exchanger for skin cooling. The drawing does show a faint line on the underside which suggests the belly pan.
The belly pan may be composite or metallic. Check line 100 in the following Aptera spread sheet:
I'd like to see the wheels sans shrouds. Views from below may show jack points. I'm guessing they may be designed into the lower suspension arms. But that may be a part of the secret sauce, so to speak, to be revealed once production test cars are spotted in-the-wild. 😉

When asked "how do you lift the vehicle for wheel/tire repairs?" Aptera says "There will be a jack point". That's good enough for me.

@pistonboy The front wheel covers appear to just lift straight up for easy removal.
Rear appears to have fasteners* indicating it's split down the center so each half just pulls straight off sideways.
*Hopefully aircraft-standard 1/4-turn.
It displays a underside view which shows the bottom of the wheel shrouds/pants as being enclosed. This would make changing tires more difficult.
