Does the Aptera user interface allow the owner easily to change displays from Fahrenheit to Celsius and miles to kilometers? This may sound like a stupid question, but I ask because I currently an ICE vehicle that allows me to change the distance units setting from miles to kilometers but does not allow me to change the temperature units from Fahrenheit to Celsius. To do so requires the dealer to perform a firmware update and to change back requires another firmware update.
I am retired and living in Buffalo, NY, and in two or three years I anticipate moving to British Columbia to be near my daughter and her family, and I want to know that I can “Canadian-ize” my Aptrera without difficulty. I’m already making plans to use the tent kit on my ride across Canada.

I emailed Sarah and Steve answered, so now the answer is a official as it gets:
"Yes, we should have a simple software select (just like on my Bolt) for measurement units for the country that landed a man on the moon, and also for those countries that use the metric system :-)

Rest easy, Frank. A Canadian software company, Crank Professional Development, is engineering the user interface for the displays.
I think it will be as simple as changing it at configuration menu.
I don't know the answer directly, but I know that Steve, one of the Aptera Founders has spent a lot of time living in metric countries and I would be shocked if it didn't. I also know that the Aptera philosophy is to give users low level access to the software.
I will ask and post back when I have and answer.
