I am 75 years old and will be retiring in Dec. I plan on spending 3 months in Poland and 1 to 3 months in the US. I would like to have an Aptera in both countries to drive .

@williamsallenjr63In Poland there are excellent garages that can convert an Aptera into a 78.7 inch Aptera by shortening the axle suspension and rebuilding the wheel covers - another 2.000 European candidates are waiting.
alexluttrell:The three wheeled version currently in alpha will likely never be narrower than 88" or ~223cm due to the priority on maximizing efficiency/aerodynamics while still retaining a reasonable interior cabin size. IIRC Euro specs often require a passenger vehicle to be less than 225cm wide, and if that's true you will have to wait for (at the earliest) the 4 wheeled Aptera due in ~2023-2024.
Aptera is using a different (smaller) hub motor from Elaphe
