I live in western Colorado. To get to Denver Colorado I have to drive over two mountain passes and a distance of 300 miles. The highway speeds for this drive are in the 70 – 75mph range. If I have the $29,800 Aptera with a driving range of 400 miles can I comfortably make this journey at highway speeds without have to stop and charge the battery?

Distance to the pass is what matters. As long as you make it there, you gain nearly as much extra energy on the way back down as it took to get you up the hill.
For example, I charged an eGolf to 100% a few miles from the base of a mountain, & didn't quite have enough to make the pass. Next time I charged to 100 right at the base of the mountain, made the pass fine, & got back to the bottom with nearly the same % as if I'd gone the same total distance with no hills at all.
