Are you going to set up service centers ala Tesla or are you going to have certified garages? I like the idea of certified garages because it will be much easier and less expensive than building out your own service centers. Service is a weak point for Tesla because their coverage is so sparse, all of New England is handled by only two Service Centers, both of which are located on Route 128 around Boston. Anyone who lives in Vermont, Maine, Western MA or Northern NH has to rely on rangers. The good news is that the cars are so reliable, I haven't had any problems with my 2019 Model 3, but it's a source of worry for the future when something might go wrong.
