Are they planning on submitting it to IIHS and asking them to test it as if it was a car? The Aptera is classified as a motorcycle from a legal point of view but they claim it will be as safe as a car. Being safer than a motorcycle is no comfort, I want to see an IIHS+ top safety rating which means that it not only can stand impacts but also won't roll over.
