Most regular cars have a rear upforce at highway speeds (5-10% of weight) that will increase and affect handling/braking at higher speeds. This can limit the max speed of the vehicle. Aptera should be much better than most cars in this respect. As kiteboarder says, the aero lift is added to the vehicle weight, so small numbers are not a problem.

Yes. 25 lbs of downforce at the rear at 65 mph and rapidly increasing from there as speed increases.
