I really like the concept of the Aptera. Some really nice outside of the box thinking.
A couple of suggestions come to mind (hopefully not already covered elsewhere).
Solar panels on the rear hatch lid. Why not make the rear hatch a non-see through panel (still liftable) with more solar panels rather clear glass. The disadvantage of the glass hatch is heat gain in the cabin in hot weather, visibility of items in trunk encourages theft. Rear visibility for the driver is achievable via cameras anyway.
Partition off the trunk storage area from the cabin. A light partition behind the seats would isolate the storage area reducing the total volume of air needing to cool/heat in the cabin, and saving power.
Baby seat anchors. The use cases for this car will include mothers going to a shop with baby in tow and needing a baby seat fitable.
Solar panel layout - why are the panels in a diamond arrangement, that looks to provide inefficient coverage compared to the potential obvious chessboard layout to maximize panel footprint?
Just some thoughts anyway.
Keep up the good work. Looking forward to when you are exporting these to the UK in RHD form.
See Order sheet....
1 That is a solar an option already
2 Divider is an option with the pet kit

Anchor is more for tie down and per safety clip for harness but not intended for a child seat
That may be s future item they could look at but it may only be possible with tfe 25 kWh model????
No idea on solar cell orientation?
I hope that helps you move to a refundable deposit on a reservation and here is a $30 off for you or friends if it makes sense:
While it lasts..

My guess on the solar cells...is since that rear cell shape of ^ starts the pattern... they continued???
Good Luck!
