Due to NDA, we can't know at this point, but they have repeatedly said they will crash test to national standards and publish the results before shipping begins, so I think they have a pretty good idea of the results. Many large manufacturers don't make their crash test results public.

And while he can not say much b/c NDA, he is enthusiastic about the vehicle. He mention impressive results for crash tests. As we have not seen any evidence of that anywhere yet, I guess he refers to the simulated tests we caught a glimpse of a few times.
